Therapy For Adolescents (13-18)
I adore working with adolescents, most often our work helping them get to know themselves, building emotional regulation and skills, often using play or art therapy. Some teens need help to understand and empower themselves. For every teen, it’s often vital to have a safe supportive person outside the family. I’m here for them

Finding the right counselor is an important part of the therapy process. To help you know if we will work well together I offer an 30 min initial phone consultation, free of charge. I offer a limited number of spaces with a sliding scale based on financial need.
I currently accept debit/credit card. Payment is due at the end of each session. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, a 24- hour notice is required to avoid being charged for the session. I do not accept insurance; however, I am set up to take FSA/HSA cards.
A note on location:
At this time, I am providing tele-health (video & phone) counseling only at this time. I practice and can work with people physically located in both Oregon and Washington. I’m looking forward to when we can be with each other in person again, at that time my office will be located in Portland Oregon.
